Agreed Fee Meeting

Our initial consultation is at fixed fee appointment, this is an hour’s consultation at a reduced rate of £99.00 plus VAT.   This can be a face-to-face appointment but in view of the current health crisis, appointments can take place over zoom or the telephone if you prefer. During this consultation we provide general advice and advice on the next steps to be taken.

Excluded:

• Completing any forms or drafting applications
• Correspondence with third parties
• Further advice after the appointment. If you choose to instruct us further, a Client Care Letter will be sent to you setting all terms and conditions.
• If you require an attendance note, confirming the advice provided to you during the fixed fee appointment, an additional charge will be payable

Our clients report that they find this consultation very good value for money.  It gives them both time and space to understand where they stand legally to decide how they wish to proceed going forward
