Litigation Services

Whilst our objective is to assist the client in resolving a dispute through litigation, our initial and ongoing responsibility will be to reach a settlement and therefore Alternative Dispute Resolution will be encouraged throughout the matter. Where we are obliged to issue proceedings, it is our objective to be transparent and open in our charges.

As a civil litigation and dispute resolution team we are committed to providing a cost effective service and  we are happy to provide accurate quotes and pricing guidance, we also note that there are factors which will increase and decrease our overall costs, particularly when there has been an unforeseen complexity which requires additional work however we will inform the client at every stage of the transaction and provide revised costs information.

Our quotes are based upon the urgency of the matter, the complexity of the matter, the value of the matter and the potential additional demands of specific matters such as the number of parties.  Our quotes are therefore generic examples based upon years of knowledge and practice.
