Helen Firth


Helen is a Solicitor in our Wills, Trusts and Probate Department. Helen qualified as a Solicitor in 2016.  During her training and since qualifying, Helen has spent a lot of her time dealing with Court of Protection and Mental Capacity matters, advising clients and their families alike, dealing with matters both in The Court of Protection and the High Court. 
Helen has also spent a lot of time supporting local and national charities through her work. She is a qualified Dementia Friend, which means she has the expertise to assist clients who have dementia and support their families enabling her to build an excellent client rapport.  
Helen can offer tailored, friendly advice in the following areas:
