Personal Injury

Overview

Personal Injury claims have suffered a bad press in recent years with allegations from critics that the UK has become a “Compensation Culture”. The reality is that people are simply more aware of their rights and more concerned to bring claims in order to prevent similar accidents happening in the future.

If you succeed with a Personal Injury claim, you will need to prove that somebody else was to blame. This is known as proving liability. If you can prove liability, you will be awarded compensation. This is an attempt to put you in the position you would have been in had you not suffered the injuries. Whilst compensation cannot change your injuries, it can make like easier and enable you to obtain any necessary medical treatment and assistance with your rehabilitation.

At GoodyBurrett we are dedicated to providing a quality service to our clients. We act in many types of personal injury claims.

If you have been injured in an accident that was not your fault and would like to consider bringing a claim you can contact us by telephone.
